How can I check the status of my order?
  1. Click on the menu button on the top right-hand corner of the site.
  2. Select “Track Order” from the menu.
  3. If you are logged in to your account, the page will show a list of all your current and past orders. If not, enter your email address and order number, then click “Track Order.”
  4. Once you click “View Order Status,” you will be directed to an “Order Details” page where you can find a summary of your order.
  5. Click on “Track Item” and you will be routed to the courier’s tracking page.
Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we offer worldwide delivery. We have warehouses in the United States and Europe.  

How long does the shipping take?

We usually ship our items that are in stock within 2-3 days after purchase. Delivery takes around 3-5 days for the United States and 5-7 days for overseas orders. However, for the items that aren’t in stock or custom orders delivery time can be much longer. 

Do you offer returns? What is your refund policy?

Yes we do. We have a 30 Days Return Policy and guarantee our product with a 100% return/refund.  Item has to be received back in original packaging and undamaged. Custom orders can not be returned. To learn more, please visit our Policy page.
